The scholarship will apply to <u>all eligible students commencing studies in 2019, including students who already hold an offer for 2019<\/u>. These students will receive their scholarship offer soon.<\/p>\n<p>Eligible Study Areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master of Biotechnology (MC-SCIBIT)<\/li>\n<li>Master of Computational Biology (MC-COMPBIO)<\/li>\n<li>Master of Environmental Science (MC-ENVSC)<\/li>\n<li>Master of Ecosystem Management and Conservation (MC-ECOSMC)<\/li>\n<li>Master of Geography (MC-GEOG)<\/li>\n<li>Master of Geoscience (MC-GEOSC)<\/li>\n<li>Master of Urban Horticulture (MC-URBHORT)<\/li>\n<li>Master of Science (Biosciences) (MC-SCIBIO)<\/li>\n<li>Master of Science (Chemistry) (MC-SCICHE)<\/li>\n<li>Master of Science (Earth Sciences) (MC-SCIEAR)<\/li>\n<li>Master of Science (Ecosystem Science) (MC-SCIECO)<\/li>\n<li>Master of Science (Mathematics and Statistics) (MC-SCIMAT)<\/li>\n<li>Master of Science (Physics) (MC-SCIPHY)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These scholarships are on offer for students who achieve an entry score of <u>at least 80% (University of Melbourne equivalent)<\/u> for all eligible programs <em>except for the Master of Science (Mathematics and Statistics)<\/em> where an entry score of <u>at least 85% (University of Melbourne equivalent)<\/u> is required. Students do not need to submit a separate application, as they will automatically be assessed as part of the assessment process.<\/p>\n<p>Application closing dates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Semester 1 (February) entry &#8211; 31 October 2018<\/li>\n<li>Semester 2 (July) entry &#8211; 30 April 2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Late application closing dates*<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Semester 1 (February) entry &#8211; 1 January 2019<\/li>\n<li>Semester 2 (July) entry &#8211; 31 May 2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">*<em>Late applications may be accepted based on the availability of places. To make things easier, we are opening the late application deadline until January 2019 for Semester 1 commencement.
