QIBT Scholarship

QIBT is delighted to offer ALFALINK Indonesia one scholarship for the QIBT Diploma of Biosciences, which will be available for students commencing their study at QIBT in February 2008. We are very pleased to offer ALFALINK the opportunity to extend this very exciting news to potential applicants and trust that it will assist you in raising the profile and overall awareness of the new Diploma of Biosciences for both scholarship and non-scholarship students. The 20% scholarship will apply to the 2nd semester of study for 1 (ONE) successful scholarship student from ALFALINK. The 2008 tuition fee for the Diploma of Biosciences is A$19,120. The value of the 20% scholarship is A$3,824. QIBT will pay full commission for the scholarship student.

The scholarship will be judged on Academic performance and student must meet the following entry requirement:

• SMU 3 with 7.0 average in 4 subjects (pr equivalent in other systems such IB)
• IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
• Math
• One od either Biology, chemistry or Physics

Students will also be required to submit a one page cover letter detailing why they think they shoul be awarded the scholarship and what their plans are for the future

We seek your support in asking you to identify students you think are eligible for the scholarship and in making the final decision on which student will receive the scholarship. Please inform QIBT when you have chosen the successful applicant and QIBT will issue the the related documents to the student with the COE.

Please note the following conditions for the scholarship:

The student must enrol and pay all first semester tuition fees.

Students must pass the subjects offered in the first semester and satisfactorily progress into the second semester.

Scholarships cannot be deferred to the following semester.

Students must pay tuition fees and enroll in February 2008 to be eligible.
